This blanc de noirs is a wine made with selected red grenache. This union of two opposite characters in the same wine reflects the duality of Grenache in Terra Alta.

Color: Pale yellow with gray nuances. Aroma: Fruity aromas on the nose, red fruits with smoky notes stand out. Taste: Creamy, mineral in the mouth, with good acidity and a long and persistent finish. Graduation: 12.5%

Ideal to pair with sushi, seafood, fish and soft cheeses.
