Typical is our tribute to the red Grenache and the Carignan that have traditionally led the wine scene of our land, the Terra Alta. Only in demanding environments do these two varieties give the best of themselves as protagonists of our history and culture.
Selected old vineyards of Grenache Noir and Carignan. The grapes are destemmed, crushed and fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature with local yeasts and with minimal intervention, only daily remounting until the end of the alcoholic fermentation. After this, the wine is drained by gravity into cement cups where it will start the malolactic fermentation without the addition of lactic acid bacteria.
Concluded the malolactic, it is taken to French oak barrels of 300l and that depending on the vintage will vary the time that will remain of 12 to 14 months before being bottled.
